ChatBook is a conversational booking engine that allows accommodations to: • Automate responses to guest inquiries • Display real-time availability and rates • Capture potential lead information • Manage conversations across multiple channels The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to updates and modifications.

To use ChatBook, you must: • Create an account with truthful and current information • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials • Be responsible for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

ChatBook offers several service plans: • Freemium: Free, no expiration date, with limited features • Paid plans: Monthly billing, no lock-in contracts Prices may change with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

When using ChatBook, you agree to: • Not use the service for illegal activities • Not send spam or unsolicited content • Not attempt to access systems without authorization • Not interfere with service operation • Not impersonate others Violations may result in immediate service termination.

ChatBook and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by UNOZERO and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload to the platform (photos, descriptions, rates) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it in providing the service.

ChatBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be available uninterrupted • The service will be error-free • Results obtained will be accurate In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice in the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
